We service Utah County children and adolescents with evidencedbased and effective psychotherapy.
Our practice primarily focuses on the treatment of anxiety disorders and OCD.
We offer excellent supervision and training to help therapists become expert clinicians and feel successful in meeting the needs of this clientele.
We train therapists in ERP ACT and selfcompassionfocused therapy.
Additionally we find immense value in using the Outpatient Questionnaire OQ at each session to track our clients progress over each session as well as the therapeutic alliance.
Our therapy team includes seasoned as well as newer professionals who are supportive of each other.

The position will include providing weekly therapy for clients writing case notes coordinating care with physicians writing and following treatment plans keeping accurate records and monitoring clients progress.
Training and experience in evidencebased treatments such as CBT ERP PCIT DBT ACT and EMDR are valued.
We provide excellent weekly individual supervision.
We also provide an added weekly group trainingsupervision with all our therapists.
Licensed Therapist in the state of Utah CSW or LCSW CSWworking on hours towards licensure.
LCSWhaving completed their degree from an accredited university and eligible to join insurance panels.
Additional Information Be in good professional standing.
Demonstrates sound clinicaltherapeutic skills diagnostic skills and treatment planning.
Basic understanding and the ability to utilize computer software and electronic record keeping.
Timeliness quality and organization of clinical documentation.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Positive work habits selfmotivated and openness to learning.
Salary Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience and work history.
dollars per client hour.
We are an insurancebased practice and take in a variety of insurance panels that pay a wide range of hourly rates.
Our pay would be in line with the therapist receiving a split.
Job Types Fulltime Parttime Medical Specialty Would become a specialist in working with anxiety disorders and OCD.
Would learn andor expand ability in ERP ACT and Inferencebased Therapy IRT.
Supplemental pay We pay for some training.
Specifically we subsidized training with the IOCDFs yearly training.
We also cover Ethics training if you are an LCSW.
We pay for malpractice for each of our therapists.
We cover supplies.
Work location One location.
