Weber Law Group PLLC a boutique law firm located in North Utah County is looking to hire a skilled Paralegal to add to our business and litigation practice group.
Energetic and professional work environment.
Previous experience as an paralegal or legal secretary is a plus.
Flexible schedule hours per week during office hours am pm.
Compensation based on experience.
This position will assist attorneys with drafting pleadings motions and correspondence preparing and filing court documents legal research document filing case file organization trial and hearing preparation communication with court clerks and staff interaction with firm clients cloud document management and other similar and related duties.
The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication writing and analytical skills to review draft and prepare documents.
Previous paralegal legal secretary or law firm administrative experience preferred Strong Microsoft Office skills including Word Outlook Excel PowerPoint and other programs Working knowledge of office equipment e.

telephone copier scanner printer Must be personable and comfortable on the telephone Proficient in time and multitask management Excellent written and oral communication skills Proofreading and attention to detail Notary public preferred but not required Candidate must be personable work well in a team setting and be organized dependable and punctual.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
