Front Desk Assistant
We are looking for a BiLingual EnglishSpanish front desk personnel.
Monday Wednesday Friday am to pm hour lunch and TuesdayThursday pm to pm.
Full Time Hrs.
Salary plus Bonus We are looking for a dependable punctual organized friendly focused attention to detail health conscious person who learns quickly is capable of multitasking and maintains a professional appearance at all times.
The ideal candidate should be computer savvy be able to type and proficient in all Microsoft applications.
Training will be available in all aspects of billing and electronic medical records.
Duties may include but are not limited to answering phones coordinating doctors schedule filing organizing paperwork and office materials cleaning throughout the office ensuring that the office has adequate supplies running office errands coordinating events minor marketing tasks and anything to ensure that the office runs efficiently.
Communication and people skills are a must.
You should really enjoy interacting and talking with people remember you are the first person our patients see when coming into the office.
No experience needed willing to train and mold you to fit the needs of the office however previous office experience is a plus.
Salary is based on experience and will increase based on performance.
