We are looking to add another amazing therapist to our staff About us At Body Balance Massage and Float we have a passion for health and wellness.
It is our goal to see our clients improve their daytoday wellbeing by helping them to reduce or resolve their pain and muscle tension.
Our business was started by a massage therapist husband and wife team who heard over the years from many clients how difficult it is to find good therapists who they can feel confident will be able to help them resolve their issues.
Our priority is to hire great therapists who are excited to learn and grow in their skills and encourage them to constantly improve their knowledge and techniques in order to best help the clients they see.
We were inspired to create an environment so our massage therapists could be supported have management who understands the intricacies of the job get regular quality training and be able to make a living doing what they love without working themselves to the ground and getting injured.
A place where you enjoy coming to work Because of this we offer All hydraulic tables in spacious rooms Booking Laundry Marketing handled for you Employee status for easier taxes Paid training in our core modalities Warm Bamboo GuaShaIASTM Cupping Half of Continuing Education up to each year reimbursed Ongoing paid training in various therapeutic massage skills Self care with a free monthly float half price massages and guidance in body mechanics Flexible scheduling supporting career longevity Therapists are paid for no shows and sameday cancellations minutes of paid time added between each appointment hourly rate What we are looking for Licensed Massage Therapist those in the process of becoming so can also apply but must have license before a first shift Individuals who have a passion for health and wellness a motivation for helping clients improve and are excited to further their career in a therapist owned business environment.
Full time or Part time available Closed Sundays.
Weekend and Evening shifts are typically needed most we have to turn calls away because our current therapists are already booked.
Possibility for oncall or rotating schedule if a traditional set schedule is not ideal Needs to be able to accommodate medium to deep tissue as that is most often requested.
