The ideal candidate will provide and maintain excellent customer service and be the frontline service contact for our external customers.
You will supervise customer service as well as being able to provide assistance to customers.

Being the service manager you play an essential role in customer relations by providing efficient problemsolving and building lasting relationships.
You will serve as a liaison between customers who need repairs performed on their boats and the technicians who will provide those repairs.
While developing strong relationships with customers as a service manager you must understand their problems and be committed to solving them.
Service managers translate their customers needs into work orders for technicians prepare quotes for customers and bill customers when work is complete.
