Brevium uses automated methods to reach out to lost and overdue patients using multiple contact methods over time.
The software helps predict which patients will return and can be configured to attain clinical and business goals.
Role Brevium is looking for a Finance and Billing associate to fulfill a variety of tasks.
These include:
Ensuring invoices are sent out and payments collected on a timely basis.
Ensuring that Divvy and other financial transactions are recorded accurately and timely.
Ensuring that the accounting and reconciliations are done in a timely manner and are up to date.
Addressing any reconciling issues promptly while it is fresh so they can be corrected and thereby preventing problems from being perpetuated.
Ensuring that recurring bills and invoices are paid timely and accurately.
Entering and maintain employee demographic information in iSolved, (new hires, PT/FT, salary and salary adjustments, terminations, etc.
).
Offloading important, but time consuming tasks from the CFO so he can focus on areas where he can add the most value.
Employee would be expected to understand and refine process for registering with states, including filling out forms needed to register with the state, and set up a withholding account with the respective state's Department of Revenue and an account with the State's Department of Labor for Unemployment and Disability Insurance withholdings, et al.
We assume that we'd start with the most critical parts of this role and slowly add more during a multi-month ramp up time.

Job Qualifications Competencies:
Working understanding of Quickbooks and Bill.
com Proficiency in general accounting practices and principles (accounting and bookkeeping experience a plus) Willingness to be proactive, learn and understand processes, and relate to the overall mission at hand Good interpersonal skills (will be interfacing with Brevium customers) Ability and willingness to politely but firmly have difficult conversations with customers who may be delinquent in paying their Brevium bills Organized and pay attention to detail Have a do it right the first time mindset Compatible with Brevium's culture of integrity, respectful candor, committed to constant improvement and high-performance teamwork Good communication skills, both verbal and written Motivated, and have the ability to address necessary tasks, while also looking for ways to improve and streamline processes Coachable Job Type:
