We are a Commercial General Contractor located in Highland, UT with work throughout Salt Lake, and Utah counties.
We specialize in commercial new construction and remodels, with a number of successful restaurants, offices, and retail building projects.
Our organization is seeking an Accounting Clerk to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in office administration and a strong understanding of accounting principles.
The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for data entry, bookkeeping, filing, and other administrative tasks.
We are looking for an individual who is detail-oriented, organized, and has excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Prepare financial statements and reports.
Maintain and update financial records.
Process invoices and payments.
Reconcile accounts and prepare monthly statements.
Assist with budget preparation and forecasting.
Perform data entry tasks in an accurate and timely manner.
Assist with internal and external audits.
Provide administrative support to the accounting department.
