Responsibilities:
- Provide personal assistance and support to Aaron in his daily activities - Drive Aaron to appointments, social outings, and other destinations as needed - Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary - Lift and transfer individuals using proper techniques and equipment - Advocate for Aaron's rights and ensure his overall well-being Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively - Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with individuals - Familiarity with behavior management techniques and strategies - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time Pay:
