Insurance Coordinator
Job Type Full-time Description Serve as the primary point of contact for all incoming calls and correspondence related to insurance Review and process all new applications for insurance, ensuring accuracy and completeness Verify applicant information against third-party data sources to ensure eligibility Coordinate with underwriters to obtain missing or additional information as needed Prepare and distribute policy documents to customers upon approval Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and procedures Keep abreast of industry changes and updates to ensure compliance with all regulations Update customer accounts and files as needed Process cancellations and refunds in a timely and accurate manner Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner Generate reports on insurance activity as requested Perform other duties as assigned Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Proven customer service experience, with excellent phone etiquette Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems Accurate data entry and record keeping skills Recommended Skills Communication Customer Service Data Entry Microsoft Office Multitasking Networking Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
