Responsibilities:
Efficiently and accurately input customer deposit data into our database Reconcile customer deposits against corresponding records to ensure data integrity Collaborate with the Finance team to address any discrepancies and to resolve issues promptly Generate comprehensive reports summarizing deposit reconciliations Implement data entry best practices and contribute to process improvement initiatives Perform other customer service duties, such as answer customer inquiries via chat, phone, and email Requirements:
High school degree or equivalent Proven experience in data entry, preferably with a focus on financial transactions Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including knowledge of formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP Excellent time management skills that include the capability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with team members Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well independently as well as a member of a team Familiarity with financial software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software preferred Previous experience in customer deposit reconciliation or a related financial field preferred Join our dynamic team and contribute to our commitment to providing outstanding service to our customers through meticulous deposit reconciliation.
