Sales Operations Manager Direction Hire Provo/Orem metro area Pay Target $90k base salary
Job Description:
This is an internal customer facing role heavily involved with tracking and reporting on sales performanceWork within the sales team to optimize the success of the sales org's performance by tracking sales goals, projections, and processesWork within the company's CRM to help track client bookings/meetings, opportunities, and opportunity pipelinesHelp manage and track KPI's, and identify trendsBe the key person to interact with the sales teams and manufacturing groups to help create accurate projections for customer demandWork within SAP to do forecasting Help implement and manage CRM tools for sales team membersCreate and manage automation tools to increase sales processes efficiencySupport strategic planning processes with data Required Skills:
