provide the best for our customers while maintaining an incredible culture and experience for our employees! As the recruiting manager, you will be primarily responsible managing Fluent Solar's entire recruiting process from sourcing to onboarding.
This includes managing our sales, corporate, and field recruiters each working together to hit weekly hiring goals, direct communication with our area managers throughout the country, and working to continually better the entire recruiting process.

years recruiting and/or onboarding experience 2
years of data analytics experience Previous solar experience preferred, but not required Ability to efficiently manage a team of recruiters ATS experience Excellent communication skills Organization and time management Day in the life Daily huddle with recruiters and team leads Daily communication with area and department managers to determine and recruit for specific needs Posting and Reviewing Job Ads Weekly tracking and presenting of recruiting data Manage onboarding team Analyze and improve the recruiting process Ensure specific goals and performance metrics are being hit Ensure that budget is staying within defined limit Benefits Insurance (Dental, Health, and Vision) Fun and uplifting work environment Paid time off.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
