We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Coordinator to join our team.
The Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day operations of our warehouse--executing fulfillment and maintaining accurate records.
This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for fulfillment--including printing all orders, packing orders, supervising workers on packing and shipping, and checking orders prior to final packing to ensure accuracy Help process returns and exchanges delivered to the warehouse Receive incoming inventory and maintain inventory records Assist with monthly inventory counting Update Shipstation with correct inventory amounts Assist with requests for custom engravings and corporate orders Assist customer service with answering any questions from customers about product specs (Dimensions, sizing, colors, etc) Assess inventory levels and make recommendations for reorders Run Kodiak related errands on pickups, deliveries, etc.
Assist with managing storefront and storefront sales Oversee the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse
Qualifications:
At least one year of warehouse experience or similar role Strong time management, organization, and problem solving skills Able to comfortably lift 50lbs Be comfortable working on your feet and on ladders Must have a valid driver's license, functioning car with insurance, and clean driving record Comfortable in GSuite and Excel
