Responsibilities:
Greet visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor, creating a positive first impression of our office.
Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and assist vendors and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Manage the mail scan / distribution process and deliveries, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Validate all deliveries and Amazon package processing.
Coordinate with office staff to optimize flow and ensure smooth daily operations.
Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and maintaining ordering office supplies.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area for a professional and inviting atmosphere.
Handle ad hoc requests/projects.
Requirements:
Previous experience as an administrative assistant, receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and empathetic attitude towards patients.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in using office software systems and general computer skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
