Construction Project Manager
Small construction company specializing in Government work looking for a reliable Project Manager and/or Superintendent to run small jobs. Applicants should have plenty of hands-on experience. Applicant should be able to see project from bidding process to project close out.
Project Manager
Responsibilities:
- A minimum of five years construction experience
- Estimate construction documents for the purpose of bidding
- Project Scheduling - Primavera experience a plus
- Have a thorough knowledge of the plans and specs for each project
- Government experience a plus.
