Part Time Junior Sales Representative - Software Sales

ApplicantPRO/iApplicants is looking for an outgoing junior sales representative to work with our leads who have requested a free trial of our hiring software at a trade show. THIS IS NOT A CALL CENTER JOB! We have a very small team that you will work with in sales, marketing, and support. This job will require that you are extremely comfortable with the Internet and computers, and that you are organized and great at followup via email and phone.
You will be selling our web-based hiring software to small and mid-sized employers across the US. This is not a pushy hard-sale job. Our software sells itself if you can get a prospective client to just use it during a 30-day free trial. Your job will be to follow up with leads, schedule a training call, ensure their free trial system is set up, and help them post jobs and generate applicants for their jobs. Followup over the 30-day trial is based on answering their questions as they use our product, and ensuring that they are getting the most out of the use of our system. We close over 65% of our free trials.
Requirements:
- Positive Attitude
- Quick Learner
- Excellent Problem Solving, Trouble Shooting, and Analytical Skills
- Good Communication Skills
- High level of comfort with the Internet and different types of web-based software
- Previous internet/software sale experience is helpful such as SEO/PPC/Web Marketing sales.
This job will be working from our office in American Fork, UT. We will have a flexible schedule between 8 and 6, Monday through Friday, 25 to 30 hrs a week.
