Call Center Representative

Bank of American Fork, one of Utah's premier community banks, is hiring a call center representative in our operations center in American Fork. Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service; support new technologies; grow the Bank through customer satisfaction with the existing services and new e-banking products and services; assist customers and employees with telephone calls; answer questions; resolve problems within authority; research information and problems for customers, employees, legal entities, etc; perform other job related duties as assigned. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 11:00-6:15, 35 hours/week.
Requirements: 6 months to 1 year banking and/or call center experience preferred.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
