Client Support Specialist

The entry level position is, in essence, paid training that will give you the skills and knowledge to grow within the company. Your initial responsibilities would include assisting individuals who have disabilities with their applications for Social Security Disability. You will be providing phone consultations with our prospective clients to determine whether or not they qualify for the programs with which we can assist them. You will also determine whether or not their case is strong enough to warrant our representation. Most employees are promoted from this department within 2-3 months.
Talented new team members can look forward to progressing on to one of many departments assuming the role of a Case Manager. In this position you would provide more one-on-one assistance to a number of clients within your caseload. You will answer their questions and concerns; locate and provide resources that will supplement our efforts; work under the direction of our attorneys to overcome potential setbacks; collect additional evidence; and many other duties that help our clients through the long and difficult process of applying for disability benefits.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
