When I co-founded Social5 a few years ago, I didn't know exactly what the future would hold, but I knew it would be an adventure! Fast-forward two years, and Social5 has successfully grown to nearly 20 full-time employees and 30 part-time contractors. Amazingly, I've been able to hold on this entire time as the sole software engineer in the entire building! (Note to future self:
Invent time travel; hire someone 12 months ago)
Judging by my lack of remaining hair ;) and the growing list of pending projects, we've decided it's the right time to start building out the technology team. Instead of delineating a long list of job requirements and stats, I'll just tell you a bit about us - you'll know if it's a good fit or not!

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
