Online Marketing Web Developer
BuyPD is one of the fastest growing companies in Utah. We have created an awesome culture and we're looking to add another amazing individual to our staff - an Online Marketing Web Developer. While in this position, you will work with our online marketing team to create and optimize websites, landing pages and scale advertising campaigns. In this position you will participate in translating department and company needs into overall effective online marketing campaigns. The candidate is expected to be a great problem solver with the ability to focus on details. The working hours are from 8am-5pm Monday through Friday. 3-5
years of experience working with online campaigns with monthly budgets of $20k or more.
Experience analyzing, optimizing, and growing large SEM campaigns.
Understanding of standard web programming technologies such as CSS, HTML, WordPress, and JavaScript.
Basic experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
In-depth knowledge of Google Adwords, Bing, and other advertising platforms/networks.
In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics and other analytics platforms.
Experience launching and optimizing large display campaigns on various networks.
Advanced knowledge of SEO, link building, and on-site strategies.
Experience with JSON and JavaScript frameworks a plus.
Ability to design and develop object oriented and multi-tier web applications.
Ability to self-manage time and take the initiative to accomplish department goals and meet project deadlines.
Basic Requirements
Basic understanding of business needs including marketing and accounting.
Ability to organize your workload and continually improve processes.
Great written and verbal communication skills.
Friendly & able to interact with other departments well.
Good problem-solver.

Must be available to work on a full time basis, Mon - Fri from 8am-5pm.
The Online Marketing Web Developer position is a full-time position and is eligible for health and dental benefits. Starting salary depends on experience, with substantial bonus opportunity based on size and profitability of campaign budget. Other benefits include:
