Position Description
The Order Review Agent is an integral part of the Managed Risk Services Team and will involve investigating potentially fraudulent orders for some of our largest customers. This will involve researching a high volume of suspect orders to identify and decline fraudulent orders before they are processed.
Essential
Responsibilities:
oReview orders in order to identify fraudulent activity
oIdentify and assess key risk factors
oAssess potential risk exposure
High School Diploma required, Associate or Bachelors degree preferred
Minimum of 2 years general office experience
Strong organization and time management skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Strong telephone and customer service skills
Must be a quick learner who is willing to learn new processes and procedures
Ability to function effectively and self-manage in a fast-paced, ever changing work environment with multiple priorities
Previous financial or banking industry experience extremely helpful
Bi-Lingual preferred
Weekend work required
Position Details:
Starting wage: $15.25 per hour
