Summary:
Creates advanced and implements marketing communication vehicles for assigned business units and projects
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Creates, and produces various brochures, advertisements, marketing campaigns, and literature as assigned. Provides guidance and recommendations on all projects.
Develops new creative strategies for various other products, advertising, or marketing campaigns, and accomplishes certain aspects of those campaigns as assigned.
Monitors logo usage, responsible for all press checks, and bidding processes.
Edits and proofs all printed and distributed communications.
Assists in Web design, icon design, creative themes for events, and provides input on the overall corporate image
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required.
In addition to the essential duties and responsibilities listed above, all positions are also responsible for:
Meeting company standards pertaining to quantity and quality of work performed on an ongoing basis, performing all work related tasks in a manner that is in compliance with all Company policies and procedures including WorldWide Business Standards.
Adhering to Company policies, procedures, and directives regarding standards of workplace behavior in completing job duties and assignments.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years experience as a Graphic Designer
Specialized Knowledge and Skills:
Requires advanced desktop publishing skills, including command of Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator and must understand and have experience in the mechanics of electronic prepress. Must have an advanced working knowledge of printing processes.
Other:
4-year degree from an accredited institution (preferably in the Communication arts or design studies) or equivalent job experience.
Must be able to demonstrate advanced creative ability, and have solid understanding of effective marketing communications. Must be able to work with others, readily accept constructive comments, and be willing to learn.
