JOB
Summary:
Administers seminar registration software. Assists customers with registration and disputes. Assists with advertising and logistical support for all seminars. Prepares seminar reports.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Receives customer calls and email messages. Provides assistance with registration and dispute resolution.
Prepares seminar instructor contracts and check requests.
Prepares reports on seminar registration, attendance, billing, etc.
Prepares advertising content for seminar mailers, faxes, email messages, etc.
Coordinates with third-party vendors to secure seminar venues.
Ships materials to seminar facilities.
Prepares HSPS software installation instructions for venues and assists venue staff with troubleshooting.
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required.
In addition to the essential duties and responsibilities listed above, all positions are also responsible for:
Meeting company standards pertaining to quantity and quality of work performed on an ongoing basis, performing all work related tasks in a manner that is in compliance with all Company policies and procedures including WorldWide Business Standards.
Adhering to Company policies, procedures, and directives regarding standards of workplace behavior in completing job duties and assignments.
Experience:Minimum 1 year managing an online event registration system. Experience conducting training or facilitating seminars (preferred). Experience supporting or training HSPS customers (preferred)
Specialized Knowledge and Skills:
Intermediate to advanced ability to export and manipulate data in Microsoft Excel. Excellent writing skills. HTML and graphic design experience helpful
Other:
Aptitude for customer service. Aptitude for self-directed study. Ability to work on multiple concurrent projects

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
