Manager, Client Success

Opportunity:
BrainStorm is currently seeking Client Success Managers to oversee and manage existing customer accounts on our QuickHelp(TM) product offering, an award-winning corporate education and learning SaaS platform (http://www.brainstorminc.com/company/awards). QuickHelp has become the flagship product of BrainStorm and continues to grow at a tremendous pace. BrainStorm takes pride in delivering industry-leading learning experiences for our enterprise clients, and the Client Success Managers are at the core of planning and implementing the learning strategies for our customers. Responsibilities include:
- Consulting with clients and creating a user adoption plan for each software deployment
- Sharing best practices and educating clients on learning frameworks
- Building lasting customer relationships as their trusted advisor
- Representing the customer voice to the product development team
- Renewing customer accounts
Qualifications:
Applicants should be professional and outgoing in demeanor and possess the ability and confidence to clearly communicate with deployment managers from Fortune 100 companies. BA/BS degree or higher is required. Strong organizational skills, problem solving abilities, and project management experience will be necessary. Heart and soul is a must.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
