We sell IT support subscriptions consisting of high level antivirus software, a full back up support software system, and cleanings and maintenance for computers and other devices. We run online campaigns through Google, and Bing as well as some other internet lead sources, and connect with customers that need assistance with their computers or devices.
Job Description
As an Inside Sales Associate/Technical Consultant, you would:
Take inbound calls from prospective customers looking for a solution to their computer problems
Educate and advise them about the solutions our company can provide
Use cutting edge technology and be exposed to the latest in computer technology
Follow up with customers to ensure service they received was top notch
Continually provide and contribute towards company and process improvements
Full time employment only with multiple shifts available. We offer a competitive base
unlimited commission.
Qualifications
We are looking for eager sales associates with at least (1) year sales experience (tele-sales preferred) and basic to intermediate computer experience.
Team oriented
High School Diploma or GED
Bachelors Degree Preferred
Desire to better yourself
Capacity and willingness to learn and expand your comfort zone
Strong phone presence and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with computers and technology
Ability to work FULL TIME
Ability to work either a Saturday or Sunday in place of a weekday
Above all THE RIGHT ATTITUDE AND WILL TO SUCCEED
We have a fantastic team that is founded on mutual respect.
Schedules: We are open 7 days a week, and have several teams, all working different schedules. We have a few different times on each of these blocks.
Compensation: $15 per hour plus uncapped bonuses.
Expectations for metrics - 3 subscriptions sold daily average
We offer full benefits after 60 days, as well as many other perks.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
