As a new team member, you will be responsible for: negotiating buy/sell offers with our vendors, building industry related core relationships and handling high volumes of inbound and outbound phone calls. CSR's will also be required to work closely with our Account Executives, assisting in the completion of each sales life cycle transaction. Each candidate must display highly effective communication, application skills, problem solving abilities and simultaneously be a team player while maintaining a sense of urgency. You will be an essential building block in our competitive, fast paced, customer-focused sales atmosphere. Essential Job Functions: o Manage driver (carrier) relations via phone, email and internet sites o Track and monitor all shipments en route for our customers o Create shipments in our database and find carriers for them o Effectively navigate multiple application systems Requirements: o At least three years of customer service or sales experience o General knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel and Word o Work shifts start between 6:00am and 9:00am, M-F Pay and Benefits o Salary plus commission o Benefits eligibility within first 60 days We have a compensation and benefits package that inspires loyalty professionalisms. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
