Business to Business Account Executive

The Call Center Account Management position is a leadership role and is expected to assist with the
planning and achievement of the company's and clients operational objectives. This is a key position and
will directly report to the Vice President of operations. The role is responsible for managing and training
45 current employees and is expected to grow significantly. This position requires the ability to hire, train
and coach those representatives on how to build value in our customers accepting automated payments.
You will be a big part in a team for one of the most recognized brands in VISA.
Responsibilities
Listen to the customer's needs, come up with a plan and execute. Come up with new ideas and solutions
to grow the account. Continue to build the VISA USA team that has already enrolled 5 billion dollars to
date in spend for the VISA payable automation program. Teach members of your team to become the
best they can be. Motivate team members to deliver innovative ideas to improve every day. See
challenges, and come up with plans to solve them.
? Assist with and coordinate preparation for supplier recruiting projects, including data cleansing
and preparation of supporting documentation
? Interact with call center and Visa project teams
? Use CRM and other applications that support supplier onboarding efforts.
? Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and
interpersonal skills (Required)
? Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time (Required)
? Basic knowledge of Visa and commercial banking industry (optional/helpful)
? Basic knowledge of procure-to-pay processes (optional/helpful)
? Basic knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word
? Strong MS Excel skills a must such as the following (Required)
o Pivot tables
o Sorting and filtering
o Formulas (VLOOKUP, CONCATENATE, TRIM, LEN, CLEAN)
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of Sales experience - Bachelor degree (preferred) - Management experience - Exceptional
leadership abilities - Amazing problem solving capabilities - Extraordinary training & development skills -
Knowledge of accounts receivable and payable, more specific payment acceleration experience -
Business to business call experience preferred. Ability to exercise independent judgment.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
