Technical Support Representative
Job Description
We are looking to hire a technical support team member to provide excellent technical support and customer service. We are a dynamic team of remote technicians that handle any computer issue or questions that a customer could possibly have in both the home and professional environment.
Responsibilities
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Taking inbound calls from clients with technical issues.
- Making outbound calls to clients who have submitted tickets requesting help.
- Remotely troubleshoot and repair basic and advanced computer issues.
- Create and maintain detailed logs that track the events of each contact with customers.
- Answer questions related to Invisus products
- Give technical recommendations and advice based on the personal needs of the customer.
Qualifications
Minimum
Qualifications:
- Strong technical knowledge. You don't need a degree but we are looking for someone who knows how to troubleshoot a technical issue
- Friendly and Outgoing personality. Customer Service Skills will be highly valued. (We are a small team of less than a dozen consultants, we are looking for someone who will fit well and have fun with us as we provide a positive experience for the customer)
- Willingness to learn and work hard
- Ability to communicate ideas and concepts well over the phone

Qualifications: (We would love to hire someone with the following)
- Extended knowledge of Mac computers and Operating Systems
- Any Technical Competency CertificationsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
