Business Promotion is presently seeking a motivated, Tech Support Agent with strong customer service skills. This full-time position includes comprehensive health benefits, 401k, a competitive salary, and the opportunity to work in a high-energy, team-based environment. Responsibilities
As part of our Tech Support Team, this agent will:
- Answer customer / Tech Support calls and e-mails
- Make updates to existing websites for clients
- Assist clients with e-mail-related issues
- Help clients solve problems with their websites
- Complete other Tech Support operations and duties
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have the following
Qualifications:
- Ability to read / modify HTML5, PHP and CSS3
- Experience with jQuery
- Be familiar with the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Dreamweaver and Photoshop
- Must be able to configure e-mail clients (different versions of Outlook and Mac Mail)
- Experience with cPanel
- Have WordPress experience
- Possess good customer service skills and a friendly, professional phone manner
