Job Description
Business Promotion is a successful marketing company that builds contemporary website designs and implements competitive marketing strategies for its clients by departmentalizing production and SEO processes into a multi-faceted assembly method.
Business Promotion is presently seeking a Financial Controller to maintain and audit financial records; spearhead financial and budget management for the company; perform any and all duties relating to standard bookkeeping practices; preparation of government audits, taxes, and financial planning; and to develop cost-cutting methods and strategies. This is a full-time position with comprehensive health benefits, 401k and competitive salary. It is not a telecommuting position; it requires the candidate to work full time on-site at our office in American Fork, Utah.
Responsibilities
Bank reconciliations
Assist with accounts payable
Reconcile balance sheet accounts
Assist with monthly close process
File accounting documents
Process company payroll
File and submit federal and state taxes
Assist with other accounting-related projects and tasks, as needed
Qualifications
Must be a Certified Public Accountant
Ability to work independently and with a team
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects
Cooperative attitude, reliable
Good organizational skills
Experience with Excel, Word
High proficiency in QuickBooks
