Technical Project Manager for Display Advertising Firm
Job Description
This position will be a technical project management position. You will be responsible to manage 20-24 clients (locations) display advertising and retargeting campaigns. The ads themselves are created by a media agency, but would need to be organized for each location. We have built proprietary software to manage these campaigns which is similar to SiteScout, AdRoll etc
Responsibilities
==> Responsibilities would include:
- Working with a marketing manager on skype/phone
- Coordinating events 30-60 days out
- Scheduling these events into the programmatic buying platform (we will train you)
- Monitoring these jobs during the marketing period
- Reporting out to vendors and the client on the results
- Attending daily huddles to coordinate these activities
- Optimization of contextual and audience based campaigns
- Documenting and keeping track of things in Basecamp
==> Skills Needed:
- At least 2 years of project management required! Please don't apply if you don't have project management experience in a professional environment.
- Working knowledge of Programmatic buying (Display advertising/RTB) Preferred, but not required. Other marketing experience may qualify)
- High level of technical organization
- Good communication skills in both Email, Skype, and on Phone
- A huge plus if you have worked in a programmatic buying environment in the past (does not matter which one)
- Minor Photoshop skills a plus
- Basecamp project management platform
Qualifications
We expect to start this position at $3,500 - $4,000/mo DOE for a 90-day probationary period. If things are working out and you enjoy the position, we will move this to a full-time position with a bump in pay. This job can either be done from our office in American Fork or you can work from home, whichever suits you.
